Benefits

The following full-time benefits apply the first of the month following 60 days of employment.

MEDICAL INSURANCE

Community Dental Care pays 80% of the base plan for the employee, and 50% of dependents’ coverage on the plan for full-time employees. Multiple plan and network options are available.

HSA CONTRIBUTION

Community Dental Care will contribute up to $300.00 per year to any employee that has a qualified high deductible health plan. 

DENTAL BENEFIT

Employee, spouse, domestic partner, and children (under age 26 living at home) are provided with free routine preventive and basic care through the clinic. Major work is discounted 50% for work in this clinic. Up to $750 credit per family on major work for full-time employees.

COMPANY PAID LIFE INSURANCE

The benefit amount is an employee’s estimated annual salary. For full-time employees.

LONG TERM DISABILITY

If an employee cannot work in his/her job because of injury or illness lasting more than three months, the employee will be paid 60% of his/her wages. For full-time employees.

UNIFORM REIMBURSEMENT

Up to $130 per year is allocated for uniform shoes and scrubs. 

401(K) RETIREMENT AND ROTH 401(K) PLANS

Employee may defer compensation, pre-tax for regular 401(k), post-tax for ROTH 401(k), up to the annual federal limit for 401(k) investment plans. There is an employer contribution for participants. 

PAID HOLIDAYS

We recognize the following paid holidays:

  • Labor Day

  • Thanksgiving Day

  • Christmas Day

PAID TIME OFF

Accrual starts from your date of hire. 
A maximum of 160 hours may be accrued to be used for time off. Rate of accrual is based on years of service.

VOLUNTARY BENEFITS

These additional benefits are available to employees. Employees pays 100% of the premium out of payroll. All policies are offered under a reduced group rate.

THE FOLLOWING BENEFITS ARE OFFERED TO DENTISTS ONLY:

  • Professional Stipend - dentists have an annual stipend up to $2,400 that can cover Board license fees, DEA license fees, ADA or other specialty dental association dues, CE tuition, and dental reference manuals. Stipend amount varies depending on the dentist's work hours.

  • Malpractice Insurance

  • Family Dentistry – dentists can perform free dental work on their children and spouse/domestic partner for free and dentists are paid. Additional perk for providers parents.
