POSITION TITLE:                                    Licensed Dental Assistant, Full-time

HOURS:                                                    Monday - Thursday, 2:20PM - 9:30PM
                                                                   Friday, 12:20PM - 5:30PM
REPORTS TO:                                         Clinical Manager, General Manager
EMPLOYEE STATUS:                             Non-exempt
POSITION SUMMARY:                          To assist in the performance of quality, caring clinical dentistry; to become adept at assigned clinical procedures; to aid the doctor smoothly and unobtrusively. Perform clinical and technical procedures under the supervision of a licensed dentist. The LDA gets the patient ready, prepares the operatory and equipment and assist the doctor during examinations and treatment. Maintain awareness of comfort and safety needs of patients. Maintain equipment and inventory. Adhere to all required OSHA, health, and Board of Dentistry regulations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION:

  • Proficiency in a second language preferred
  • Experience in working with culturally diverse, limited-English or non-English speaking patients preferred
  • Knowledge of updated OSHA regulations
  • Demonstrated expertise in dental software
  • Understand and perform each essential duty satisfactorily
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
  • Ability to quickly adapt within a constantly changing work environment

REPORTS TO:                                Lead Scheduling Coordinator/General Manager
EMPLOYEE STATUS:                    Non-exempt
POSITION SUMMARY:                  The Scheduling Coordinator arranges, integrates and represents all facets of patient services.  Meet and greet patients and make them feel welcomed and relaxed.  Answer the telephone, schedule appointments, communicate with patients regarding scheduling options, maintain patient records and coordinate patient flow.  Manage and control the daily, weekly, and monthly schedule in order to meet the practice scheduling protocol.    

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION:       

  • Minimum two+  years work experience in a dental practice
  • Proficiency in a second language preferred
  • Experience in working with culturally diverse, limited-English or non-English speaking patients preferred
  • Knowledge of updated OSHA regulations
  • Knowledge of HIPPA policy
  • Understand and perform each essential duty satisfactorily
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read treatment plan and clinical notes in order to schedule correctly and efficiently
  • Proficient in working with the office equipment and computer software used by the practice

HOURS:                                        Monday - Thursday, 7:20AM - 2:30PM
                                                       Friday, 7:20AM - 12:30PM
REPORTS TO:                             Lead Scheduling Coordinator/General Manager
EMPLOYEE STATUS:                Non-exempt
POSITION SUMMARY:              The Financial Coordinator helps make quality dentistry financially available to patients.  The position communicates with patients regarding their treatment plan; helps find the best way to finance the recommended treatment; makes appropriate financial arrangements with patients; verifies patients' insurances; assist scheduling coordinators with overflow calls; and collects payments/copays from patients.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION:     

  • Minimum two+ years work experience in a dental practice
  • Minimum two+ years work experience with insurance and/or public programs
  • Proficiency in a second language preferred
  • Experience in working with culturally diverse, limited-English or non-English speaking patients preferred
  • Knowledge of updated OSHA regulations
  • Understand and perform each essential duty satisfactorily
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to quickly adapt within a constantly changing work environment

POSITION SUMMARY:                        The Licensed Dentist is an integral part of the clinical office team in the performance of quality, caring clinical dentistry in a comfortable, non‑threatening environment; the Dentist helps to make each patient's visit positive and productive.  The Dentist is licensed in the State of Minnesota to practice the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of diseases, and promotion of healthy teeth, jaw and mouth. The right candidate must be able to practice all facets of general dentistry.
 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION: 
  • Proficiency in a second language preferred
  • Experience in working with culturally diverse, limited-English or non-English speaking patients preferred
  • Knowledge of updated OSHA regulations

ROCHESTER LOCATION: 

 

POSITION TITLE:                             Clinic Assistant, Full-time

REPORTS TO:                                 General Manager
EMPLOYEE STATUS:                     Non-exempt
POSITION SUMMARY:                   The Clinic Assistant to help with the successful running of day-to-day operations in the clinic. Duties will include sterilizing dental equipment, charting for the Hygiene department, assisting dentists, scheduling appointments for patients, and other important office tasks.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

The ideal candidate will have an award-winning attitude and will be willing to learn and take on all tasks that are assigned to her/him. S/He must also be reliable, possess a professional demeanor, and be skilled with using a computer.
Candidates must be 18 years or older to apply.
Prior dental or health field background is preferred, but not required.
